On June 11, 2026, Global Technology, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Applied Optoelectronics, Inc., entered into a one-year credit line agreement with Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd. The new credit line provides up to RMB 500,000,000, doubling the previous RMB 250,000,000 facility to support working capital and general operations. The facility includes sublimits for working capital loans up to RMB 150,000,000, fixed asset loans up to RMB 300,000,000, and bank acceptance bills up to RMB 200,000,000. The agreement is secured by real property and is available for use from May 21, 2026, through May 21, 2027. Applied Optoelectronics, Inc. designs and manufactures optical communication products for data communications markets.
