ACM Research disclosed that its operating subsidiary, ACM Research (Shanghai), reported a total backlog of RMB 17.1 billion (USD $2.5 billion) as of September 29, 2026, representing an 88.2% year-over-year increase. The backlog includes shipped tools not yet recognized under Chinese GAAP and future shipment orders. ACM Research will report preliminary financial results for the nine months ended September 30, 2026, on October 28, 2026, before U.S. market open. ACM Research develops, manufactures, and sells semiconductor process equipment for wafer and panel processing applications.
