Ainos, Inc. entered into a Global Exclusive License Agreement with BioPhoenix Co., Ltd. on September 24, 2026, granting worldwide rights to research, develop, and commercialize its VELDONA® low-dose oral interferon alpha technology for Sjögren’s Disease and Thrombocytopenia. BioPhoenix will fund and execute clinical and regulatory activities, reducing Ainos' capital requirements. The agreement includes an upfront license fee of $600,000 payable upon completion of data package delivery and technology transfer.
