Allegro MicroSystems, Inc. expanded its Board of Directors to 11 members and elected Brian C. White as a Class III Director, effective June 17, 2026. Mr. White will also serve on the Audit and Compensation Committees. Following the departures of Richard R. Lury and Susan D. Lynch, the Board size will decrease to nine directors after the board's 2026 Annual Meeting.
