On September 23, 2026, Arcturus Therapeutics Holdings Inc. announced encouraging interim Phase 2 results for ARCT-810 in ornithine transcarbamylase (OTC) deficiency and introduced its next-generation LUNAR 2.0™ mRNA delivery platform. Under the Master Services Agreement, Thermo Fisher will contribute up to $40 million in clinical manufacturing services, while Arcturus will engage PPD, Inc. for up to $40 million in CRO services. If ARCT-032 receives regulatory approval, Thermo Fisher would receive exclusive commercial manufacturing rights for a specified duration under a future agreement.
