Arcturus Therapeutics entered into a strategic collaboration with Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. to provide contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) and contract research organization (CRO) services for ARCT-032, an investigational mRNA therapeutic for cystic fibrosis. Under the Master Services Agreement, Thermo Fisher will contribute up to $40 million in clinical manufacturing services, while Arcturus will engage PPD, Inc. for up to $40 million in CRO services. If ARCT-032 receives regulatory approval, Thermo Fisher would receive exclusive commercial manufacturing rights for a specified duration under a future agreement.
