ATN International, Inc. announced that Senior Vice President and General Counsel Mary Mabey agreed to step down from her role effective October 31, 2026. The separation is voluntary and not due to disagreements regarding operations or policies. Ms. Mabey will remain in her position through the separation date while continuing to receive her current base salary. Under a new Transition Agreement, she is eligible for a pro-rated 2026 annual incentive bonus with a target value equal to 60% of her base salary, subject to performance metrics and Board approval. Her outstanding equity awards will continue to vest through the separation date, contingent upon executing a release of claims. ATN International operates in the telecommunications industry, providing broadband internet, voice, and video services primarily in rural markets.
ATN International, Inc. completed the initial closing of its tower portfolio sale to EIP Holdings IV, LLC for up to $297 million in total cash consideration. At the initial closing, the company received $153.4 million for assigned sites and $114.3 million for managed sites. The company also utilized a portion of the transaction proceeds to repay $68 million in outstanding amounts under its revolving loan facility.
