Bicara Therapeutics Inc. announced that founding board member Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw resigned from the Board and its Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, effective July 28, 2026. The Board simultaneously appointed Jeremy Bender, Ph.D., and Christy Oliger as Class I and Class II directors, respectively, also effective July 28, 2026.
