Evolus, Inc. entered into a License, Supply and Distribution Agreement with IBSA Institut Biochimique SA on July 7, 2026, granting the Company exclusive rights to develop, commercialize, and distribute the injectable hyaluronic acid product Profhilo in the United States. The Company will fund all U.S. development, clinical, and regulatory activities to obtain FDA approval, and will purchase the product from IBSA under a transfer-price model following approval.
