At its June 24, 2026 annual meeting, stockholders approved a proposal authorizing the company to sell or issue shares of common stock below its current net asset value (NAV) per share over the next year. This authority is subject to Board approval and is capped at 25% of outstanding common stock immediately prior to each sale.
