HDFC Bank's Board approved key executive appointments pending Reserve Bank of India consent. Mr. V. Srinivasa Rangan is re-appointed as Executive Director from November 23, 2026, to November 22, 2027. Mr. Jimmy Tata is appointed as Executive Director for three years starting upon regulatory approval. The Board also created an additional Whole-time Director position, increasing the total to four executives alongside the Managing Director & CEO.
