Watts Water Technologies announced that Kenneth R. Lepage will retire from his roles as General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Chief Sustainability Officer effective March 31, 2027, following over 23 years of service. The company is initiating a search for a successor to fill these positions. Watts Water Technologies reported record second quarter 2026 financial results, with net sales of $763 million, representing a 19% increase on a reported basis and 12% organically compared to the prior year period. Diluted earnings per share rose 17% to $3.53, while adjusted diluted EPS increased 18% to $3.66. The company raised its full-year 2026 outlook, projecting sales growth of up to 17% reported and operating margins between 19.4% and 20.0%. Growth was driven by favorable price realization, higher volume in data center markets, and acquisition contributions, partially offset by inflation, tariffs, and restructuring charges.
