On July 24, 2026, Clearfield, Inc. entered into Amendment No. 4 to its Loan Agreement with Old National Bank. This amendment extends the maturity date of the company's existing line of credit from July 24, 2026, to November 21, 2026. All other material terms of the original agreement remain unchanged. Clearfield, Inc. manufactures fiber optic connectivity solutions for the telecommunications and data center industries.
