On October 1, 2026, Erika Highland officially assumed the role of President at Gladstone Investment Corporation. Gladstone Investment Corporation through its subsidiary Gladstone Business Investment, LLC entered into Amendment No. 13 to its Fifth Amended and Restated Credit Agreement with KeyBank National Association and other lenders. The amendment extends the revolving period to June 8, 2029, and the final maturity date to two years after the revolving period ends. The facility size was increased from $300.0 million to $405.0 million, with a potential maximum of $500.0 million. Interest rates on advances are now 30-day SOFR plus 2.85% until June 8, 2029, with margins of 30-day SOFR plus 3.10% and 3.35% in subsequent years.
