Rocket Lab Corporation entered into a merger agreement with Iridium Communications Inc. to acquire it through a merger of its subsidiaries. Iridium shareholders will receive $27.00 in cash and a variable number of Rocket Lab common stock shares based on an exchange ratio determined by Rocket Lab's stock price.
