On June 30, 2026, Landstar System, Inc. and its subsidiary Landstar System Holdings, Inc. entered into a Third Amended and Restated Credit Agreement with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as administrative agent. The agreement provides for a $300 million revolving credit facility with an uncommitted accordion feature allowing for up to $500 million in additional increases.
