On September 29, 2026, Tesla entered into new credit agreements totaling $30.0 billion in senior unsecured facilities, replacing its existing $5.0 billion revolving facility which was terminated without penalty. The new structure includes a $20.0 billion three-year delayed draw term loan maturing September 29, 2029; an $8.0 billion five-year revolving facility maturing September 29, 2031; and a $2.0 billion 364-day revolving facility maturing September 28, 2027. Tesla does not currently plan to draw on these facilities in 2026.
